ERM is an enabler. We manage the software for you utilizing an application service provider (ASP) model. This requires no installation and integration of hardware or software. Available 24/7 to Cients via the Internet

What kind of technical support is available?

What kind of training is provided?
We customize a training program for your hiring authorities who will have password protected access to the corporate administration page. The training is straight forward and completed in about an hour.
What is the implementation process?
Most of the "process" takes place up-front by developing the specifics of the marketing plan and insuring we reach all of your employees (even those without Internet access). Here is an abbreviated version of our process:
1)Create: Decide on rules/FAQ, Brand program, create your web pages.
2)Integrate: Provide link from Corporate Intranet/Web Site. Technical implementation is usually only a few days.
3)Communicate: Train Hiring Authorities and educate employees on the programs. Clients can begin a company wide referral program in as little as one week.
